Manufacture Metal Products
B. Walter & Co. produces custom fabricated metal and wire formed products for customers seeking volume production for their metal component needs. We are a full-service provider from design development assistance to prototype builds to volume production.
Typically, our customers are manufacturers or distributors that come to us to produce parts for them using cold rolled, hot rolled, or galvanized steel in coil, sheet, and wire form. In some cases, they use our full range of capabilities and in others, we build to print using their detailed drawings possibly in conjunction with moving their tooling from another supplier. For furniture manufacturers, we produce metal furniture hardware and furniture tip restraints.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production equipment covers a wide range of capabilities such as Fiber Laser Cutting, Metal Stamping, CNC Press Brake Metal Bending, 2D and 3D CNC Wire Bending, Robotic MIG Welding, and Resistance Welding. Using powder coaters and platers located nearby, we are able to provide customers with finished parts for their metal component needs.
Markets Served
We serve customers with components used in a diverse set of industries such as furniture manufacturing, kitchen cabinetry, building components, and agriculture. For producers of food & beverage products, we supply Point of Purchase display racks used in a wide range of retail settings.
